According to CNBC, these are the four biggest fears entrepreneurs have when it comes to pitching their start up company deal to VC or to angel investors:

  1. 43% – Giving away too much of their company during negotiations
  2. 42% – Sounding nervous during their pitch
  3. 11% – Making promises they can’t keep
  4. 4% – Opening themselves up to a lawsuit
